Choosing a Spraying Fan for Your Market: Voltage, Size and Certification

A practical checklist for importers comparing 16-inch and 18-inch spraying fans before placing a first order.

Spraying fans look similar in a catalogue, but the details that decide whether a container sells through are voltage, guard standard, tank design and the certification file that your customs broker will ask for. This guide walks through the four points buyers raise most often during sampling.

Start with the blade size. A 16-inch platform such as the FS-1668R or FS-1666R suits bedrooms, offices and smaller retail displays, while an 18-inch platform such as the FS-1669R or FS-1618R moves noticeably more air and is the better fit for halls, restaurants and workshop floors. Both platforms share the same control logic, so a distributor can carry a single spare-part set across the range.

Then confirm the electrical configuration. Our standard models are built around a pure copper motor with dual ball bearings and a maximum power of 45 W, with a temperature rise kept below 65 K and automatic over-temperature protection. Voltage, plug type and power lead length are agreed at the sampling stage so that the units arrive ready for the destination market.

Certification is the third checkpoint. Our product range holds CCC, CE and CB certification, with further certifications being confirmed, and incoming material inspection, production inspection and finished product inspection follow the latest European standards each year. Ask for the certificate set that matches your destination before the order is confirmed, and we will prepare the matching documentation with the shipment.

Finally, decide how the unit will be cooled and fragranced. Ice crystal chambers on the FS-1618R and FS-1666R lower the temperature of the outgoing air, while a detached 4 L atomizer on the FS-1808 covers larger areas. A perfume and essential oil box can be specified on the luxury range to add a light fragrance to the airflow.
